Notice the heading. Yes, I AM suggesting that there will be a banquet in 2010. Karen would prefer it be in the same venue as this year. We have the accomodation, which we're assuming will be there still only better in two years. We have the venues, Bube's and Annie Bailey's, that were just outstanding I think. And who could say they saw all of the Pa. Renn Faire???

So, here's what we do, we have 104 weeks before the next banquet, or thereabouts. We know it'll take 110-120 dollars each ...

...Obviously, right?

Just wanted to say that this was, by far, the BEST Banquet I've ever attended. No RP policing for me or chaperoning or anything like that! I could be me and I got to really let my rrrrrrrrrrrrogue show! Thanks to each and every one of you!

Bobby, you ol' bag of salt crackers, you...thanks for showing up, dude. Really.

Vickie, love ya, darlin', and I can't think of another Banquet without you.

Hiyas everyone! Just letting you know I am home safe and sound. And everything is well (aside from the fact that I was informed I have to go to court with my son over truancy. grrrrr.........)

I wanted to let all those who attended the banquet know that I think you all are the most awesome people. And it was fun. Getting to know the New and getting to know the old even better. We share something so special that maybe I can understand why some people just don't get it.

Hello everyone! I just wanted to share my giant sulk-fest with you. I am looking at banquet pictures this morning from 2006 and pouting. I hope that you will all have a lovely time this year and know that if I could, I would be with you!!!

I adore my little son and would not trade him for anything in the world, I just wish my maternity leave could have been months before or after this event so that my employer couldn't say, "But you just got back! No time off for you." A pox on them.

Greetings!

FANTASY BANQUET 2008

Gathering dates: October 10 - 13, 2008

PA RenFaire??? AWESOME!!!

What a treat we have in store for us next year! This was by far our favorite Ren Faire site EVER!

Despite a VERY hot day, for October, we were absolutely delighted with everything we saw, tasted and purchased! There will be NO problem spending two full days here. Considering this was a "work" weekend for us, we spent about 6 hours at the Faire and didn't see nearly ...

Now, Tavern Night isn't going to just be some ol' run-of-the-mill, sitting around drinking and conversing and eating sorta thing. No, no, no, my good friends.

It's going to be a "bawdy" sitting around drinking, conversing, and eating sorta thing.

Here's the thing: even though it's been brought to my attention that some nobility goes "slumming" to the Tavern, I believe that this Tavern Night, if you are inclined, should be "pirate" themed, i.e. drag out your roguish privateer, your sneaky ...
