Two incredible, mobile and beautiful examples of things I'm thankful for.... my niece and nephew.

Abby, though she's been sick, is damn adorable and once she gets used to people FAR more social than Benny was at that age. I got lots of baby time, bouncing around, walking back and forth through the house. Grandma commented I had a natural touch with babies.

Some of you who attended the Banquet last month met Her Imperial Majesty of the Empire (Katie).

This evening she was in a car accident and hit a deer. She's fine, other than seat belt bruising and being rather shaken, her car is another story. The entire hood is buckled, the driver's side fender is pushed in, one of the headlights and grill are gone, the roof caved in from where it bounced and the driver side door no longer opens.

Apparently there are also antler impressions on the roof. ...
